_ WHEHEAS, to carry out its objectives, amount which are the iblishnent of vocational workshops, rehabilitation centers self-sustaining industries for the social economic rehabdi- djation of prisoners, it needs public support; and

WHEREAS, it is 3a part of Christian charity and the avowed acy of the Administration to extend the benefits of social tice and ¢nlarge the scope of better living among the jazens of the Republic to include repentant former prisoners
