BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 36

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CADALIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CADALIAN, BAGUIO DISTRICT, CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Cadalian Elementary School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights if any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Cadalian, Baguio District, Davao City, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1361, Cad-281 Guianga Cadastre Extension), situated in Brgy. Cadalian, Baguio District, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1363 Cad-281; on the W., along line 2-3 by Lot 1362, Cad-281; on the NW., along lines 3-4-5 by Road (10 m. wide); and en the NE., along line 5-1 by Lot 1358, Cad-281, all of Guianga Cadastre Ext. being N. 64°, 25'E,. 328.01 m. from BLLM No. 75 to corner 1. ‘Thence ....

beginning, containing an area of TWENTY ‘TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY THREE (22,293) SQUARE METERS.

All points are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Point 5 by Stake and the rest by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings true.

The lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Escolastico Escarraga, Public Land Surveyor on January 24, 1938 to December 31, 1940.
