DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 29, 2010, marks the 260" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 29, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
