[ PROCLAMATION NO. 36, August 09, 2022 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 AUGUST 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 16 August 2022, Tuesday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, will mark the celebration of the Pavvurulun Afi Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 August 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
