BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 360

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 743, DATED OCTOBER 25, 1934, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE SEMI- TEMPERATE FRUIT STATION RESERVATION OF THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY IN BAGUIO CITY, A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN RES. SEC. “K”, BAGUIO CITY AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SOCIALIZED HOUSING PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 743, Series of 1934 which established the Semi- temperate Fruit Station Reservation of the Bureau of Plant Industry in Baguio City by segregating a portion of the land embraced therein containing an area of Nine Thousand (9,000) Square Meters and reserving the same for socialized housing purposes under the disposition of the National Housing Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, and authorizing the issuance of a Special Patent over the said portion of land in favor of the National Housing Authority, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 8-A, IR-CAR-393 Amd, situated 4

at Res. Sec. “K”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 8-9 by Lot 8-C, of the Amd. Plan; along lines 9-10- 11 and on the S., along line 11-12 and on the SW., along line 12- 13, and on the W., along line 13-1 by Lot 8-B of the Amd. Plan ; on the NW., along lines 1-2-3 and on the N., along line 3-4 and on the NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Dangwa Road portion of Lot 8-B of the Amd Plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 42° 07’ W., 464.56 m. from Triangulation Station “CROSS” Baguio Townsite, thence:

The_ Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue a Special Patent over the parcel of land reserved herein in favor of the National Housing Authority.

This proclamation is subject to a minimum road right of way requirements of the Department of Public Works and Highways pursuant to E.O. No. 621.
