TOMAS FOREST RESERVE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN MT. CABUYAO, SITIO GUISET, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TUBA, SUB-PROVINCE ~.,; OF BENGUET, MT. PROVINCE AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR MILITARY PURPOSES Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 581 dated July 18, 1940, establishing Sto. Tomas Forest Reserve, a certain parcel of the Public Domain situated in Mt. Cabuyao, Sitio Guiset, Municipal District of Tuba, Sub-Province of Benguet, Mt. Province, and reserve the same for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, sub­ ject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condi­ tions that the timber and other forest products therein shall remain under the administration and control of the Director of Fore'stry, as shown in the attached map (Sp. 301), and described as follows: Technical Description A parcel of Public Land, situated in Mt. Cabuyao, Sitio Guiset, Municipal DistriCt of Tuba, Sub-Province of Benguet, II'Iountain Pro-vince, bounded by line 1-2-3 by public land, by line 3--4-5 by road, by line 5-6-1 by public limd. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached plan (Sp. 301) being N. 13 deg. 11' W., 2,524.24 meters from Marker at Sto. Tomas, Sitio Guiset, Barrio Cabuyao, Municipal District of Tuba, Sub-province of Benguet, Mountain Province, thence S. 64 deg. 52' W" 84.82 meters to point 2; thence N. 56 deg. 51' W., 294.62 meters to point 3; thence N. 16 deg. 02' K, 112.34 meters to point 4; thence N. 11 deg. 22' W., 33.77 meters to point 5; thence N. 73 deg. 54' E., 217.00 meters to point 6; thence S. 15 deg. 30' E., 338.54 meters to poir.t 1; the point of beginni,ng. Containir.g an area of seven hectares, eighteen ares and fourteen centares, more or less. All po-ints referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by a pine tree 40 centimeters in diameter. Bearings true. As soon as the Armed Forces of the Philippines shall cease to have need for the area, the same will revert to its original category as part and parcel of the Sto.
