MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILI'pPINES PROCLAMATION No. 364 TRANSFERRING THE CELEBRATION OF "PHILIP PINE INDUSTRY AND NEP A WEEK" TO THE FIRST WEEK or APRIL OF EVERY YEAR WHEREAS, the period comprising the last seven days of February of every year is designated as Philippine In dustry and NEPA Week under the Proclamation No. 11 dated February 22, 1962; and WHEREAS, the National Economic Protectionism Asso ciation requests that the celebration of the Week be trans ferred to April 511 this year and to the first week of April every year thereafter; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the first week of April of every year as "Philippine Industry and NEP A Week." IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic o the Philippines to be affixed.
