• MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO~ 364 DECLARING SATURDAY, MAY 7, THE CITY OF SAN PABLO 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN WHEREAS, Saturday, May 7, 1994, mars Anniversary of the Charter of the City of (Commonwealth Act No. 5O); the San 54th Pablo WHEREAS, it is proper that the people of the City ot San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebr2te the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the, powers vested in me by. Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administra- tive Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, May 7, 1994, as a special day in the City of San Pablo.
