BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 364

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 2003 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, May 7, 2003, marks the 63% Charter Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo under Commonwealth Act. No. 520;

WHEREAS, it is proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, May 7, 2003 as a special day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
