BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 364

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS FILINVEST EDSA BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 167 EPIFANIO DELOS SANTOS AVENUE, MANDALUYONG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), 1, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 11-130 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building to be known as Filinvest EDSA Building, as an Information Technology Center which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain located at 167 Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue, Mandaluyong City, with an area of Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-One (2,381) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot No. 9, Block No. 7 TCT No. 41815 Pcs-3644

A parcel of land (Lot No. 9, Block No. 7 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Pcs- 3644, Sheet 3, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot No. 3-B, plan Psd-39505, and Lots Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14. and 15, Block No. 383, plan Psd-9027, GLRO Rec. Nos. 699, 875 & 917), situated in the Barrio of Wack-Wack, Municipaity of Mandaluyong, Province of Rizal.

Bounded on the NE., by Lot No. 8, Block No. 7; on the SE., by Circumferential Road; on the SW., by Lot No. 10, Block No, 7; and on the NW., by Lot No. 19, Block No, 7.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 66 deg. 28’E., 500.76 m. from BLLM No. 1, Wack-Wack.
