PROCLAMATION NO. 364

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABUCGAYAN, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 15 November 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Cabucgayan, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 74‘ Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cabucgayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cabucgayan, Province of Biliran.
