MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 365 DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 1965, AS A SPE­ CIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABATUAN, ILOILO WHEREAS, the seventy-fourth birthday of the late Tomas C{)nfesor, one of our most outstanding resistance leaders during the last war, falls on Tuesday, March 2, 1965; and WHEREAS, the people of the municipality of Cabatuan, Iloilo, should be given full opportunity to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me r by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 2, 1965, as a special public holiday in the Municipality of Cabatuan, Iloilo. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
