CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN NICHOLS FIELD, NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA AS A_ SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended; its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 00-113 dated 06 April 2000 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Nichols Field, Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Pasay City, consisting of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SIX — THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (226,915) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (3270-B-E-A-2-A-1 of the subd. plan Psd-00-055525, beinga ° portion of Lot 3270-B-3-A-2-A, Swo-00-001755, LRC Record No. 2484), situated in the Barangay Villamor Air Base, City of Pasay, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along lines 1to 13 by Swo-007607-001236-D; on the NE., SE., and SW., along lines 13 to 17 by Lot 3270-B-3-A-2-A-2 of the subd. plan; and on the SW., along line 17-1 by Swo-007607-001236-D.
