MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 366 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 15 TO 21, 1965, AS HUMAN RELATIONS WEEK WHEREAS, good human relations are necessary for effi­ cient public service and harmonious dealings in business, home life, and other fields of human endeavor; and 'WHEREAS, the constant observance of good human rela­ tions will not only redound to the happiness and content­ ment of all but will also bolster social progress, economic development, and international understanding; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do herebY' proclaim the period from March 15 to 21, 1965, as "Human Relations Week," to impress upon our people the need, value, and importance of good relations in all activities, under the auspices of the Dale Carnagie Club of the Philippines.
