PROCLAMATION NO. 366

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2023, Thursday, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 123'¢ Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 23 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
