BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.367

DECLARING FRIDAY, 08 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Province of Batangas marks the celebration of its Founding Anniversary on Friday, 08 December 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 08 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
