PROCLAMATION NO. 367

DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2023, Tuesday, the Municipality of Pifian, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 72"4 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pifan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pifian, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
