BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 368

DECLARING FRIDAY, 08 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the “Kawayanan Festival” on Friday, 08 December 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Milang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 08 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.
