MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION. No. 369 DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 9, 1965, AS A SPE­ CIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS AND IN THE CITY OF LIP A WHEREAS, the seventy-fourth birthday of the late Jose P. Laurel, patriot, jurist, and statesman, falls on March 9, 1965; and WHEREAS, the people of Batangas should be given full opportunity to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 9, 1965, as a special public holiday in the province of Batangas and in the City of Lipa.
