DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 22, 1946, A SFECIAL FUSLIC

WHEREAS, the twenty-first and twenty-third days of

April, nineteen hundred and forty-six, are public holidays;

WHEREAS, it is believed that it would be for the best interests of the general public and of the banking and pusiness houses to declare the twenty-second day of April, nineteen hundred and forty-six, as a special public holiday;

WOW, THEREFORE, I, SERGIO OSMENA, Fresident of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority in me vested by -gection 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, and there peing sufficient reasons therefor, do hereby proclaim Monday, April twenty-second, nineteen hundred and forty- six, as a special public holiday.
