/ \ I MALftACE\NANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 37 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29,2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 29, 2010, marks the annual celebration of the "Araw ng Bacoor" of the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite; WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 29, 2010 as special non-working day; NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 29, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bacoar, Province of Cavite.
