DECLARING MONDAY, 7 MAY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY _ IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the commemoration of its 72" Charter Day anniversary on Monday, 7 May 2012:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San

Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lll, do hereby declare Monday, 7 May 2012, asa special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
