BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 370

DECLARING SATURDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGLE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 28 October 2023, Saturday, the Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo will commemorate the Cry of Lincud, the first declaration of revolution against Spain in the province of Iloilo and island of Panay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dingle be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 28 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo.
