BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 371

DECLARING MONDAY, 30 APRIL 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, the City of Dagupan marks the celebration of the 11" Bangus Festival on April 13 — May 1, 2012;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Dagupan participate in the event, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 30 April 2012 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 30 April 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.
