BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 371

DECLARING MONDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACLOBAN

WHEREAS, the City of Tacloban marks the celebration of the anniversary of its conversion into a highly urbanized city on Monday, 18 December 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacloban be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 18 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacloban.
