BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 371

DECLARING SATURDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2023, Saturday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its annual festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 04 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
