BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 372

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 MAY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALACA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 23 May 2012 marks the birth anniversary of General Eleuterio Marasigan, a great Calaguefio and a patriot of libertarian struggle in the Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 23 May 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas.
