• MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 374 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE TUGA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY TUGA, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PRO- VINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the power~ vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the TUGA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, a cer- tain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Tuga, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 969, PIs-93 A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 969, Pls-93), situated at Barangay Tuga, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga- Apayao. Bounded on the SE., and SW., along lines 1-2-3 by aRoad; on the NW., and NE., along lines 3-4-1 by Lot No. 4060, Pls-93. Beginning at a point marked "I" on plan being N. 05-38 E., 119.61 meters from BLLM No. 13 of the Laya Public Land Subd., Pls-93. thence S. 09-25' W., thence N. 81-04' W., thence N. 06-04' E., thence S. 77-30' E., 109.99 m. to point 2; 171.04 m. to point 3;121.25 m. to point 4; 178.38 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE (20,153) SQUARE METERS, more orless. All points are marked on the ground by Old P.S. Cyl.Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms; Bearings True. This lot was sur- veyed in accordance with law and existing regulations pro-ffiJlgated thereunder by Antonio Pizarro, Public Land Surveyor, from May 14, 1939 to February 1942 and from February 1946 toDecember 31, 1948 and approved on November 25, 1952. NOTE: 2.5 Ineters within the subject lot abutting the road of 10 meters in widt.h along lines 1-2-3 be segregated for future road right-of-way purposes in compliance with the "mandatory provisions as called for under Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955, which pro- vides that all public streets or roads shall have right-of-way width of not less than 15 meters.
