AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION ASSOCLATION (PHILCONSA) TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, the Philippine Constitution Association (PHILCONSA) for over 30 years has been upholding and protecting the Philippine Constitution. Inspite of its achievements in this area. PHILCONSA does not have a headquarter which it can call its own:
