AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 369 DATED 19 APRIL 2012 BY DECLARING THURSDAY, 3 MAY 2012 INSTEAD OF WEDNESDAY, 2 MAY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas, marks the celebration of “Sublian Festival” on April 27 — May 3, 2012:

WHEREAS, Proclamation No 369 dated 19 April 2012 declared

Wednesday, 2 May 2012 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas; /

WHEREAS, the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 3 May 2012 instead of 2 May 2012 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 369 dated 19 April 2012 and declare Thursday, 3 May 2012

instead of Wednesday, 2 May 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.
