MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 375 DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 22, 1965, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY WHEREAS, Monday, March 22, 1965, is the 96th birth~ day anniversary of the late Gen. Emilio F. Aguinaldo, patriot, esteemed hero of the Revolution and President of the first Philippine Republic; and, WHEREAS, the people should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies: Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do here­ by declare Monday, March 22, 1965, as a special public holiday. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
