CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association was authorized under

Proclamation No. 174. series of 1999, to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) vear:

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association has for the last 30) years

been deeply involved in the promotion of mental health. as well as the cure and rehabilita- -

tion of patient with mental illness: e3 WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association needs the support of all °

civic-spirited citizens to enable the organization to carry on with its laudable projects: .

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the
