• MALACANAN'f;i M ani!a (4roAJ rOtS BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.376 AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL PRESS CLUB OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR club the WHEREAS, on October 22, 1994, the National Press of the Philippines will observe the 42nd anniversary of signing of its' articles of incorporation; WHEREAS, the National Press club of the Philippines as the sponsoring organization for the year's celebration deserves the wholeheart£d support of all segments of the community; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vestd in me by law, do hereby authorize the National Press Club of the Philippine~~ to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year, effective upon the promulgation of this proclam,tion.
