WHEREAS, the Purchasing and \aterials Management Association of the Philip- pines, Inc. (PMIM.AP) is a non-stock, non-profit organization of purchasing and materials managers ot the country’s top corporations:

WHEREAS, the PMALAP will celebrate, this October. its 32nd anniversary with the theme: ~PMALAP IN SUBIC: RIDING THE WAVES OF CHANGE”:

WHEREAS, in line with the goals of Philippines 2000, purchasing and materials managers and PMMAP must help upgrade the quality and competitiveness of Philippine . goods and services for both the domestic and foreign markets;

WHEREAS, it is desirable that the important role played by the purchasing and ee materials managers in commerce and industry be brought to the attention of the people. :
