MAIA<;;AN AN G Manila ;1JFAJ/(£1 PMS LIBRARY BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 37' DECLARING ,MONDAY, MAY 12, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE FOURTH DISTRICT OF ISABELA WHEREAS, the House of Representatives approved and passed Resolution No. 582, dated March 12, 2003 certifying the existence of a vacancy in the House of Representatives for the Fourth District of Isabela and calling for a special election to fill such vacancy; WHEREAS, on May 12, 2003, the Commission on Elections will conduct Special Elections for the Mel)1,ber of the House of Representatives for the Fourth District of Isabela pursuant! to COMELEC Resolution No. 6110, promulgated on .~ May 9,20031... WHEREAS, in order to give opportunity to the electorate concerned to participate in such political exercise, there is a need to declare a special (non- working) day for the conduct of a special elections for the member of the House of Representatives in the Fourth District of Isabela.
