BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 376

CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO BUILDINGS, TO BE KNOWN AS GLORIETTA 1 BPO AND GLORIETTA 2 BPO, WHICH STAND ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG RIZAL DRIVE, GREEN STREET AND HOTEL DRIVE, BARANGAY SAN LORENZO, MAKATI CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTERS, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Il, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No. 11-571 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, the two buildings, to be known as Glorietta 1 BPO and Glorietta 2 BPO, as Information Technology Centers, which stand on parcel of land located along Rizal Drive, Green Street and Hotel Drive, Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City, containing an area of Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventeen Square Meters and Ninety-Seven Square Decimeters (16,817.97), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 1-B-7-A Portion of Lot 1-B-7 (LRC) Psd-411002)

A parcel of land (Lot 1-B-7-A being a portion of Lot 1-B-7, [LRC] Psd-411002, LRC Rec. No.), situated in Barangay of San Lorenzo, City of Makati, Island of Luzon.
