PROCLAMATION NO. 376

DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2023, Tuesday, the Province of Sarangani will mark the celebration of its 318t Founding Anniversary and the 21st MunaTo Festival

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.
