BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 377

DECLARING MONDAY, 11 JUNE 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Monday, 11 June 2012, marks the 111" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Rizal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 11 June 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Rizal.
