BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 377

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 20 December 2017, the City of Sipalay marks the celebration of the Pasaway-Handurawan Festival, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
