MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT' -OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 379 EXTENDINjG THE EIGHTEENTH ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS. WHEREAS, the period from January 15 to March 31, 1965, was set aside for the eighteenth annual fund cam­ paign of the Philippine National Red Cross under Procla­ mation No. 340, dated December 24, 1964; and WHEREAS, the campaign has been adversely affected by the failure of crops caused by recent floods and by other calamities in many areas; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the eighteenth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross up to April 30, 1965.'
