PROCLAMATION NO. 379

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BAGUIO CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT RESIDENCE SECTION “L” IRISAN, BAGUIO CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition unless further declared as alienable and disposable by the President a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Res. Sec. L, Irisan, Baguio City and reserve the same for educational purposes of the Baguio City National High School-Annex under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if there be any which parcel of land is more Particularly described as follow ‘

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4, MLA-V-318-D Amd.) situated at Residence Section “L”, Irisan, Baguio City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE along line 1-2 by a public land; on the E. and SE. along lines 2-3-4 by a public land; on the S. by along line 4-5 by Lot 3-B, Psd-13255; on the SW. and W. along lines 5-6-7- 8 by a public land; along line 8-9 by Lot 3, MLA-V-318-D Amd; on the NW. along line 9-1 by a public land. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 86- 09 W., 1134.59 from triangulation station Limestation, Baguio Townsite, thence;
