DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 28, 1946, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC

HOLIDAY

» Whereas the #8th day of May,' 1946 is set aside in sedtion 15 of Commonwealth act No. 725, as the date wien he President and Vice-President elect shell qualify and assume office;

vhereas it is fitting and prover that said date be observed with appropriate ceremonies;

Whereas there should be provided full opportunity r the general public to pe rtioipate in such ceremonies

NOW, TTREYORE, I, SERGIO COME A, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the provisions of Section 30 of
