DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 16 August 2016, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 2076 Pavvurulun Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do

hereby declare Tuesday, 16 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
