MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 380 DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 17, 1965, AS A SPE CIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY WHEREAS, the sixteenth day (Good Friday) and the eighteenth day (Sunday) of April, 1965, being holidays, the seventeenth day (Saturday) may be declared a special public holiday without prejudice to the public interests; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby proclaim Saturday, April 17, 1965, as a special public holi day. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
