AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 363, DATED AUGUST 24, 2000, WHICH IS THE MALANGAS COAL MINES RESERVATION, SITUATED IN PAYAO, ALICIA, IMELDA, SIAY, DIPLAHAN AND BAYOG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

WHEREAS, the technical descriptions of the boundaries of Parcels I and II of Proclamation No. 363 contain inaccuracies;

WHEREAS, as a result of the inaccuracies in Parcel I a portion of the townsite of Imelda, Zamboanga del Sur, previously excluded from Proclamation No. 528, dated February 26, 1969, by Proclamation No. 233, dated February 29, 1988, is again a part of the reserved Malangas Coal Mines Reservation, while those of Parcel-II resulted to an error in the polygon closure;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and

Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO : ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the technical descriptions of Parcels I *. and II of Proclamation No. 363, dated August 24, 2000, as follows: : PARCEL I ‘°
