BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 382.

DECLARING SATURDAY, 19 MAY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, the City of Butuan marks the celebration of the Silver Year of the Balangay Festival on 19 May 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Saturday, 19 May 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
