MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 382 • REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 477 DATED OCTO­ BER 29, 1939, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAM.A TION NO. 447 DATED DECEMBER 23, 1952 AND FROC- LAMATION NO. 232 DATED APRIL 20, 1964, SITUATED IN DAVAO CITY, AND RESERVING THE PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE CEN­ TRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the· authority vested in me by law, I Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 477, dated October 29, 1939, which established the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resoures building site reserva­ tion, as amended by Prolamation No. 447 dated December 23, 1953, and Proclamation No. 232 dated April 20, 1964, situated in Davao City and reserve the parcel of land embraced therein with an area of 8,144 square meters, more or less, for building site purposes under the administra­ tion of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand ,and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
