MALACANANG MANILA MrN (O:2t; PROCLAMATION NO. ~ AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 852 WHICH DECLARED LANDS SITUATED IN TAGUIG, METRO MANILA OPEN FOR DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 274 IN RELATION TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT AND PRESCRIBING CONDITIONS AND SETS OF PRIORITIES FOR ITS DISPOSITION, BY TRANSFERRING PORTIONS OF THESE LANDS TO THE BASES CONVERSION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. Pursuant to the authority granted me under Section 7(b) of R.A. No. 7227, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines do hereby transfer to the Bases Conversion Development Authority the following parcel of land: A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2. SWO-13-000682. being a portion of iot 3. Metro Manila; Island of Luzon; Bounded on the North along line 1-2 by Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation (Port. of Lot 3. PSU-2031); on the East along lines 2-3-4 by Mcadm-590-D. Taguig Cadastral Mapping (Barangay Ususan); on the South along line 4-5 by Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation (Port. of Lot 3. 2031); and on the West along line 5-1 by Lot 3. SWO-13- 000682 (Existing Meralco Transmission Line (R.O.W. 30.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan. being N. 87°01' W.. 1601.03 from BLLM # 1 Mcadm-590-D. Taguig Cad. Mapping. Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, the disposition of the lots under thjs Proclamation shall be governed by Republic Act 7227, its implementing rules and regulations as well as the plans and programs of the Bases Conversion Development Authority.
