MALACANANG R~IDENbE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 384 RESERVING FOR LABORATORY AND FUMIGATION CHAMBER SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN ZAMBOANGA CITY. Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for laboratory and fumigation chamber site purposes under the admimistration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the East Reclaimed Area, Zamboanga Cit.y, more particularly described as follows: Nr-177 (Plant Quarantine Service- Bureau of Plant Industry) A parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-177, L.R.C. Record No. ), situated in thp. District of East Reclaimed Area, City of Zamboanga. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by Road; on the SW. along line 2-3, by property of Bureau of Custom; on the NW., along line 3-4, by property of Bureau of Plant Industry (Rlla-78-D); and on the NE., along line 4-1, by property of Bureau of Plant Industry (Lot 1, Rlla-V-78). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 30 deg. 12 min. W., 184.95 meters from Mon. 14, Zamboanga City, thence S. 29 deg. 30 min. W., 15.03 meters to point 2; thence N. 59 deg. 52 min. W., 38.02 meters to point 3; thence N. 28 deg. 58 min. E., 15.92 metel'S to point 4; thence S. 31 deg. 29 min. E., 38.19 meters to the point beginning; containing an area of 589 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4 by Old B.L.Cyl. Conc. Mons. and the rest by B.L.Cyl. Conc.
