MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 385 RESERVING FOR ANIMAL BREEDING STATION SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN AGUSTIN, MUNICIPALITY OF MAGALANG, PROVINCE OF P AMP ANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secrctry of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in rna by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for animal breeding station site purposes under the administration of the Director of AnimllJ Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain sittated in the Barrio of San Agustin, Municipality of lVIagalang, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows: Portion of Lot 418 Magalang Cadastre (Proposed Bureau of Animal Industry, Breeding Station) "A parcel of land (portion of Lot 418' of the cadastral survey of Magalang), situated in the Barrio of San Agustin, Municipality of Magalang, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the W., along lines 1-2-3, by 513, Magalang Cad.; on the N., N., SE. and SW., along lines 3-4-5-6-1, by reamining portion of Lot 418, Magalang Cad. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, thence N. 28 deg. 01 min. E., 99.16 meters to point 2;" thence N. 26 deg. 35 min. E.,89.66 meters to point 3; thence S. 83 deg. 27 min. E., 603.38 meters to point 4; thence S. 50 deg. 30 min. E., 194.38 meters to point 5; thence S. 42 deg. 05 min. W., 500.00 meters to point 6; thence N. 51 deg. 42 min. W., 638.43 meters to the point of beginning; containing an ap­ proximate area of 262,251 square meters. NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change bas€d on future surveys."
